Deborah Oluwaseun Oluwadele is a lecturer at Pearson Institute of Higher education, where she lectures IT modules, specializing in Business Analysis and Information Systems Design. As a registered member ofSouth African Council of Educator (SACE), She has taught information technology modules across several secondary schools in Durban and lectured with UNISA. Deborah is a registered member of Information Technology Professional of South Africa (IITPSA) and International Institute of Business Analyst (IIBA).
She obtained her master’s Degree in Information Systems and Technology from UKZN, Westville Campus, where she also obtained her Honors degree in Information Systems and Technology. She had her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Education from the University of Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria.Deborah is passionate about utilizing information technology to improve education. Her recent research on the influence of e-learning on the performance of healthcare professionals in South Africa was an eye-opener to the potentials and challenges of information technology-enabled learning in South Africa.
Deborah has a burning passion to see organizations utilize e-learning to combat the shortage of skilled labor, build and strengthen the capacity of their employees and create a global workforce. Deborah is a motivational speaker. She motivates youth to release their potentials, pay the price and achieve the future they have always dreamt of. Shemanages, oversees and implementsresidential property construction projects and ensure they deliver value despite tight constraint in budget, time and human resources.
